The Seven Deadly Sins
After reading Spensers great portraits of the seven deadly sins in The Fairie Queene, I thought to map each one to a member of the Bush cabinet, the President included.
I was angry about the war, the bad language (you used to could before the oceans protected us
), the arrogance and lack of compassion. I saw in these magnificent seven the sins that live in us all, but magnified and brutalized. Here they are presented as visual poems that need to be read out loud, for the alliteration and the anger of the tongue is whats best about them.
